By the entrance of the villa one can enjoy a colorful lawn area with a hundret year old olive trees providing a comfortable shade during the summer months.

The heated pool with Bali stone finishing has an automatic cover and with its generous surface of invites one to swim endless lengths.

INFINITY POOL

Positioned to face the full expanse of Palma Bay, the 12.5 x 3.8 m infinity pool is one of Son Falco’s defining features. It draws a perfect line between water, sky, and horizon — inviting calm mornings, long afternoons, and golden-hour reflections.

Surrounded by natural stone terraces and Mediterranean planting, the pool becomes part of the landscape itself — both a visual focal point and a place of quiet retreat. It’s a space designed for living well.

The terraces at Son Falco have been designed in collaboration with Terraza Balear, Mallorca’s leading name in contemporary outdoor living. Known for their refined aesthetic and seamless integration of architecture and nature, the studio has curated a collection of furniture and spatial compositions that elevate the experience of outdoor life.

Clean lines, natural materials, and sculptural forms define each terrace — creating distinct zones for dining, relaxing, and taking in the surrounding views.
